doesn't sound like you're going to lose it "rite" this time either. for the amount you have to lose, your goal is quite aggressive and not "respectful". and to answer your question of "what better way to do it, then[sic] make a 9 pound goal, a month..." try a more sustainable goal...like 4lb/mo or less.

ugh its gross. drink coke zero.

body shaming?! cmon...you know better than that!

we do indeed. sunday is grocery shopping day, so we sit down and come up with a general dinner menu for the week. we tend to have a lot of repeats from week to week, but we dont care. lunches are the same thing everyday (chicken breast, a green vegetable like broccoli or brussles sprouts, and rice) and the week's worth is…

a lot of them are stim based and rely heavily on caffeine. if youre not sensitive to caffeine, you may not 'feel' the pre. i'm not too sensitive to stims, so i tend to stick with the PWOs that focus more on the pump. even some of that is probably placebo, but whatever. a favorite of mine for the pump is superpump 3.0. if…

you can get some quality hiit in 5 mins. circuit of burpees, mtn climbers, jump squats; or maybe some battle ropes/chains; or sprints...

ew, doesnt that make the rest of your playhouse smell fishy?
-
welp, this thread seems done. theres only one thing left to do.
-
i missed the part where people made fun of self harm. all i'm seeing is people fed up with your logic and complaining.
-
so you mean a reduced calorie soda.
-
and i need a new bingo card.
-
i'd like to know more about this reduced fat soda.

my brain is being used. i eat plenty of chips/crisps/nuggets/pizza, and yet....it's working for me. also, since you just started today, why not make smaller sustainable changes rather than trying to flip your whole script. maybe use YOUR brain.

wut. no. i'm not sure you'd even be able to get full rom in a smith, and at 6'1", i'd run out of height. there's only one rack at my gym too, and that's where i do my ohp. if its taken up, i just clean the first rep.

OP why are you eating that? for the macros? any one macro in particular? to feel full?
-

dammit....it disappeared. BRB edit: better?

will you settle for a dog catching a cheerio?
-
and people who do, should get help. maybe you are, i have no idea, but your posts certainly read like someone who is certainly not. eat the cheerios, take a supplement, and go see someone.
-
this. unless medically advised, theres no need to reduce/avoid sodium.
-
there was a brilliant suggestion way back on page 2 or 3 (maybe?), to crush the iron pills and sprinkle onto the honey nut cheerios. seems like a great option to me. edited to add: cinnamon toast crunch is my go-to dry cereal of choice.

if only the OP was more ironic....amirite?
-
based on OP's responses and attitude, i'm going to just go ahead and recommend this anyway.

i still need an answer to the question about putting sugar on dry cereal. can that be done? i find that it falls off, so i've been eating my cheerios like tequila. i place the cheerios in a shot glass, lick the back of my hand, sprinkle sugar on the wet spot, then i lick the sugar, take the shot, and slam the glass down.…

and OP, here's my vast knowledge on the subject, as i have a ph.d. in tacology. my research tells me that a taco bell standard, crunchy, beef taco with cheese is about 170 cals. log that, and it's likely an overestimation, which is probably better than underestimating (though you dont want to under eat). i think i'd call…

THATS 2 MUCH IRON! not to mention hemochromatosis!!!!!!!!!!!
