Amazing program! I started off with this and lost 22 pounds. I didn't measure inches sadly or take any before pictures :( Stick to it and you will see amazing results :) I'm currently doing insanity.

I completed T25 last week :) It was awesome. Lost 20-22 pounds. (Didn't measure inches but I know for sure I lost inches).
