The question I have is how does this relate to eating back your work out calories? Do I just eat TDEE - 20% every day no matter what? Or do I still need to eat back calories lost by working out to get to a net TDEE - 20%? Thanks!

so my BMR is about 2,000. Then if I set my calories on MFP for 2,000 because just follow how many calories it says I have left after I log in my exercise?

Hi! Nutrition will get you there. Don't worry about working out for now. Small changes like pacing or doing squats during conference calls can make a big difference. You can do it!
