Since I started Body Pump and doing squats and lunges, my knee has been bothering me. I had the instructor check my form so that is getting better. I feel a tightness behind my knee and sometimes a little pain on the top of my knee cap. My knee crackles a little when I bend it. Anyone know stretches that could help? Thanks!
I have 125 lbs to lose. Are there things I can to prevents saggy skin? What has worked for you?
