I walk a lot and use the stationary bike at the gym a couple times a week.

Sweet potato fries are tasty. I normally sprinkle over olive oil and loads of smoked paprika. Sometimes garlic too. There's a recipe for sweet potato tuna cakes from the Protein Chef on youtube as well that's really good.

Yay, I've cut down how much diet soda I drink but I like the taste.

Get a cool bag if you haven't already got one. Keep your food fresh and gives you more choice what to bring. Stuff like Greek yogurt mixed with fruit, chicken salad wraps, leftovers etc..

It's just a convenient way of reaching your protein macro. So drink it whenever you want.

I normally take a rest day on Sunday and sometimes Monday as well. Depends if I feel I need a longer recharge or not.

When I have music on when I workout it's always metal. It especially helps me get through boring cardio sessions. :D

It just seems it could be the reason because it started around the time you started eating them. Yeah it could be that your body is taking time to adjust to it. Try spreading it out like you've just said and see how it goes. Trial and error. :)

ON Gold Standard Whey Extreme Milk Chocolate flavour. ON protein powders always mix really well but that's my favourite flavour. Nice with milk or yogurt.

You could try cutting down on eating the Quest bars for a while just to see if it is actually causing the problem. That way you'll know for definite.

I use ON Extreme Milk Chocolate flavour. I either mix it with some whole milk and water or I mix it with some Greek yogurt. Best flavour I've tried so far from ON.

You can get cartons of liquid egg whites from muscle food UK. I was thinking of getting some from there as it says there are no thickeners or anything like that added.

You could look for a beginners weight training program to follow. Starting Strength and New Rules of Lifting for Women are good ones.
