Got a mile on the elliptical done! Hardest mile i've ever done lol! Took forever! Yesterday I ran a little over a mile!

One thing I have to do as a college student is go to the gym before I go home/to the dorms. If I get there, i relax and just want to go to sleep. No matter how terrible my day, if i didn't workout that morning, I make myself go to the gym before I'm allowed to go home. You have to make it a priority.

Most nurses work 12 hour shifts, that usually turn into 14 hour shifts because of the charting/loose ends they have to tie up before going home. Remember, seasonings and spices don't add calories, just flavor! :) Try using ground turkey instead of ground beef for less fat! :)

Be careful about overdoing it on the protein. It can really kill your kidneys if you keep it up too long.

Some super cheap stuff I use that works great is baby powder! Now, before you go all crazy and say "that will make my hair white", listen up lol.
