Hey! I'm Rachel and I would definitely LOVE to join this group!! I actually just started today, but I don't see any harm in getting a few days head start  I am super sore from this morning, but so very excited to get back into shape! I don't need to lose any weight, but I definitely want to be looking awesome again…

Pancake master - (not sure what your first name is lol!) I am seriously behind on my running goal! I only have a little over 16 miles so far!! :( Its time to kick it into high gear and get those miles back lol! And I am actually going to college in Missouri, i just used to live in Alaska lol! :) -Rachel-

Oh my weight is 105.6 currently! Sorry about waiting so long!

Hey all! Sorry I have been MIA for the past couple of days lol! Unfortunately I have not run a single mile in that time and I'm seriously getting behind! :frown: I'm kinda wondering if I am going to be able to make it to 75 miles. I'm sure I can, it is just going to take a lot of work on my part. I HAVE been eating healthy…

So I must say that I have gone downhill today lol. I haven't really exercised for a couple of days and I had my 2nd dessert for the week today. It was an Andy's frozen custard with hot fudge that happened to be over 800 calories just by itself. Needless to say, I am hungry again and I am almost 600 calories over my goal.…

So I had my very first dessert in 4 days!! It was soo wonderful and I enjoyed it so much more since I haven't had dessert in a while! It was a yummy mini cinnamon cupcake! So perfect and it was the perfect size! :D I love a good cupcake! Lol All I could think of was "I have been waiting for you for days little cupcake!"…

Hey girl! I have finally passed the 10 mile mark lol! I must say I'm off to a slow start, but I'm finally finding a routine that is working for me!! :) How is your mileage coming along?
-
As of ten minutes ago, I have officially broken the 10 mile mark!!! Yay!! Over ten miles down, less than 60 to go for this challenge and less than 90 to go total for my personal challenge of 100 miles in two months!! Yay! its now dinnertime, so I'm hoping the dessert options in the cafeteria aren't too tempting!…

So I have been trying to read everyone's posts but it's too much to keep up with so I guess I will start small lol! Kerry -Thanks so much! I absolutely LOVE Taco Bell, but knowing how fatty and bad it is for you literally makes me sick lol. Gosh! P90X is sooo crazy! My school is actually providing free lessons, but I want…

So I am completely behind on reading everyone's posts, but I am definitely proud of myself! I have been eating horribly for the past week or so (along with not running for a few days) and I think my real wake-up call came when I was inputting my calories and I realized that my favorite meal at taco bell was over 1000…

I ran/walked 1.75 miles today! How are your miles coming along so far??
-
As of today, I weigh 105.2. Since I'm not focusing on weight, I ran/walked a total of 1.75 miles today so yay for that! Hopefully I can bring up the mileage so I won't have to run on sunday lol :)

Hey! I'm super excited to get back into shape! I don't really want to lose weight, but maintain my weight, eat healthier, and work out more! My goal is to run/walk 100 miles in 2 months, so by the end of these 6 weeks, I want to have run/walked 70 miles! I'm happy to find a group of people who can keep eachother…
-
Yea i'm super excited! And it doesn't necessarily have to be running. I'm planning on mixing running and walking, but it could be biking, swimming or whatever! :)
-
Looking great!! Keep up the good work girl! :)
-
Would it be considered circuit training as well??
-
Good luck girl! Even though you have a lot of weight to lose, make small goals for yourself! Emotional attachment to food is a tough one! Learning new ways to cope with stress will help get you to your goals faster! :) Instead of indulging yourself in a brownie, try taking a few deep breaths or going on a short walk! Good…

I'm finishing up my sophomore year of nursing school! :) I'll friend request you!

I absolutely LOVE baby spinach salads! They are so good, but you just have to be careful about which dressings you use. Pasta is really a good option too! 1/2 a cup uncooked is about 210 calories! The trick is making sure you get full, but still feel satisfied. Salad, pasta, and a little bit of meat will really fill you…

Thanks for the help everyone! :)
