  • im also in the same boat and did a messge board about this i lost 28lbs now its seems like im stuck!! i hate it im dong everythikng good so i thought ..every1 told me to switch everythng up eat dffrent things and switch up your exercise rroutine
  • my weight does the same thing it used to make me so upset but then i heard its better to just weigh yourself every morning were your weight is more accurate so im trying to do that instead of weighing myself a few times a day

  • it is really good i love rice i eat it wth everything (white rice) but now that im on my diet i still wanted rice and i hated plain brown rice and i tried this and its perfect

  • Thanks yea thats my problem i think the less calories the better and faster im scared to eat 1200 calories like it says im supposed too

  • thanks kandi yea i actually do eat the same things and same exersises but dont know what else to do and it just seems like alot of the healthy low cal foods have so much sodium
