Because i look better, i feel better and i dont want them having to chop my body parts off to fit me in a coffin when im old!!! I saw that on tv and if families cant afford the big people coffins then the undertakers are allowed to remove arms and legs to get the bodies in :noway: :noway: SCARY!!

Ive always worn a bra to bed lol i know i shouldnt but i do. But the Belvia/Ahh bra helped because it compresses slightly too. You can buy cheaper versions on Ebay in packs of 3 for about £8 but make sure you buy a size smaller. If the whole weight of your breasts is supported by a bra then there is no pull on the skin and…

Actually i do wear an underwire and i sleep on my stomach yet ive never found it uncomfortable at all. When i lost this last 50lb i also wore one of those fabric Belvia/Ahh bra things in a size too small over the top of my bra (only when i wasnt going anywhere ) and the slight compression helps

^^^^^ this!!!! I've dropped from a 38F to a 32C in the last 10 years and always wear a decent bra even to bed. It all paid off because although a lot smaller and yes could be fuller theyre not the slightest bit saggy and sit exactly where they should. Not bad for 43 i guess

i was 284lb when i started and im now 151lb and im 5ft10 . i dropped a dress size on average about every 14-16lbs i lost and im now a size 10. Will upload pics asap still hunting for a really fat one as i used to hide from the camera

Anywhere but Evans was cut small according to me lol

My own revelation was a hell of a shock. My now ex husband had given me money for an outfit for a wedding we were attending so i headed to the store. Picking up a size 26 i justified it telling myself ''oh they cut the clothes small in here'' Once in the changing room i pulled and heaved but the suit trousers wouldnt go…

Its hard when you still have a lot to go. I used to look at people who had made it and imagine that they'd had it easy and that it was okay for them because they were slim. I was jealous, really jealous and envious and it was only when i started the journey myself that i understood how hard they'd worked. You will get…

ummm i believe thats actually what i did say.... ie: muscle is denser and takes up less space therefore implying you would need MORE of it to occupy the same space. So if you need more then it would weigh more!!!
-
so you'd say a POUND of feathers weighs more than a POUND of bricks then simply because its a different size?? Go figure
-
muscle does NOT weigh more than fat!! a pound is a pound whether its of fat, muscle , feathers or bricks. However muscle is denser than fat and takes up less space in the body which is why you could stay the same weight whilst actually measuring smaller in size
-
I've done the same too. i gained 1.8lbs over christmas which i was okay with but i didnt stop afterwards. Even as i was shovelling in the biscuits i was telling myself not to eat it but i still carried on. I ended up gaining 5.5lbs in all before i gave myself a massive mental slap and forced myself to stop. Thing is you…

i'm 5ft 10 and 152lbs down from 284lbs. aiming for 140lbs

DO NOT GO PLUS SIZE CLOTHES SHOPPING!!! trust me ive lost 135lbs almost half my body weight and one thing i did faithfully as i lost weight was throw away any clothes that were too big. Buying bigger clothes gives you room to put on more weight when what you need is to diet into the too small ones.

because youre not confronting it. by not logging it youre hiding it but if you log and have to stare guiltily at the evidence on your food diary you'll be more motivated to change!!
