perhaps its because i eat unrolled raw oats with it thats making it too high calories whilst not looking much of a portion. Theyre very small grains and they dont really expand when cooked but i like the raw mixed in. Guess i'll have to cut my portions :ohwell:

I take an A-Z multivitamin plus evening primrose, cod liver oil and garlic capsules. I dont eat much meat or fish so i take them incase im missing out on vital nutrients :ohwell:

Same! i'm down to size 10 but i still keep picking up or looking at size 16s without realising it. i shop online and ive had to sent countless items back because ive automatically ordered a 16. They love you, they wont judge. Probably the only person judging you is yourself sweetie. They'll be scared and confused but they wont judge. You might find you get an extra few hugs though!!

there are a few at my gym like this, mostly young guys and i wouldn't dare say a word. I dont think they'd like a girl critiqueing them somehow. However i would quietly mention it to the gym instructor and see if he thought it was serious enough to need HIM to comment

i only logged my food when i felt i needed it to control my eating. once i got into the habit of what and how much i could eat i didnt bother logging so much. my calories have been a lot higher since then on advice from my trainer..more like 1800 a day. i never eat red meat though nor much of any meat or fish at all which…

i did mine in 2 stages i lost 112lb 12 years ago then slowly put back 28lbs. Stayed at 196lbs for 10 years then decided i was sick of being size 14 about 5 months ago. This time i've lost 42lbs ( even tho i've only lost 30 since i joined here) i'm now 4lbs from goal and size 10 sometimes 12 uk

i do drink a fair bit of coffee i have to admit. maybe 6 or 7 mugs a day. I also wondered if the fact i dont eat red meat or much meat at all, would have anything to do with it. Could anaemia cause the same problems?

time, lots of time. weight training helps as does a good vitamin E or shea butter cream but ultimately if its going to go back it will just take time.

I've lost 3in from my thighs and 3in from my calves but compared to the 7in i lost from my hips and 6in i lost from my waist it really sucks lol. I dont want to look gaunt but i dont want massive legs either. I should sue my parents for bad genes :laugh:
