replies will vary on here as some people eat back their exercise calories and some don't. Its all down to personal choice. The body pic on there is way out of date i was size 16 there. I actually started the whole journey 10 years ago at size 26 and dieted to a size 14. i stayed that size for 8 years then the weight crept up to size 16 so 8 months ago i really cracked down and im now a size 10/12. I know the numbers im just having a hard time…

I'm pretty samey here too. i didnt used to be but i have foods that i love and i eat them a lot and never get fed up of them.

Honest! It was my first Diwali and i've never had Indian sweets before so i tried everything and even brought tons home. I'm addicted to Jalebi i'm so glad we cant get it here. I came home with more samosas and Indian food than a local restaurant :embarassed:

Yep!! i felt like this once.... i divorced my husband, lost 8stone, joined a gym, got a job when i wasn't allowed one before, met a gorgeous guy, started writing a book, made new friends and started an online blog. Im sure i'll add things to this list as i go along

im just about to have my third mirena and i love it. ive lost 125lbs with one in and am only 9lbs away from goal weight. I wach my calorie intake, weight train and do 1hrs cardio a day 5 days a week

i love fage with honey but at the moment im hooked on Chobani. The ones with the fruit on the bottom are divine and i could eat them all day. Saying that i like the slightly sour taste of greek yoghurt its yummy!!

no i kept my diet pretty much the same as usual, i never change even on rest days. my sodium and carb levels are pretty low anyway. If anything ive eaten more protein than usual

oooh i hope so its just so weird after feeling more toned and slim and then suddenly morphing into the pilsbury dough boy and feeling fat and wobbly. I guess its another good incentive to stick with the gym!!

i realised mine was a lifestyle choice when i didnt need to log my food any more to keep my weight steady. And i didnt need to log when i wanted to drop a little bit more weight i just automatically knew what and how much i could eat. I'm glad because im not such a slave to food any more i just automatically make good…

did you take body measurements? often you can lose inches without the scale budging at all or even gaining weight.

total rubbish!! i've lost 125lbs and i don't often eat breakfast. I mostly have coffee in a morning and don't eat till late morning before i go to the gym. You do what works for you, there is no hard and fast rule about what you MUST do to lose weight
