noooooo. The main reason i go so much is to be able to eat more if im honest. Im not good on low amounts of food and the more i work out the more i can eat. Also im trying to learn to run, trying being the operative word  So do i take two days off together for best effect or two random spaced apart days?

i take water tablets so its not likely to be this, i did wonder at first too

I have a sudden desire for peanut butter on toast......................

You lost a stone in 6 days? when you only weigh 67kg?? pardon me for being sceptical :ohwell: plus thats SUPER unhealthy to lose that much that fast unless youre super morbidly obese!! 2lbs is a good weight loss for a week not almost 14!!

Bread!! I'm such a sandwich junkie i could live on them all day long. Even though i eat oatmeal bread it was still too much so i had to ditch the bread. Now i eat it once a week as a treat but i have to be careful because i can easily go crazy and pig out

I do keep a food diary i have for a while now and im a real fanatic about logging. I weigh everything on digital scales and never eat or drink a single thing without logging it first. I know to the exact calorie how much i eat per day and i never EVER go over my calorie allowance. Its just frustrating as i hoped i'd be…

Noooooo i hardly ever eat my exercise calories back i'd be clocking almost 2000 calories if i did. I'm struggling to maintain my weight on 1500-1700 right now. I did try intermittent fasting a while back but i was soooo tired and cranky that i switched back

ohhh no i dont want to cut my calories back i want to increase them more if i can. I should easily be able to eat more than 1500 with an average daily burn of 2500 but my body isn't liking it right now. I've only just started running (i run like a hobbled pit pony) and only clocking up 2-3km and topping this up to 8km with…

C25k if you've never run before. i just started running too and made the huge mistake of going off too fast and not being able to sustain it and almost quit. but my trainer told me plod plod plod at the start then slowly day by day increase. I still can only jog 15mins then run 8 but im getting there

i used to be 284lbs and a uk size 26, i am now 160lbs and a uk 10/12 (i'm 5ft 10) loose skin does happen BUT except in really extreme weight loss cases it often snaps back pretty well. BUT and i say BUT.. it takes time and i mean a long time . i've had to eat really well, moisturise with a vitamin E or shea butter cream or…

i LOVE MFP....BUT i don't rely on it for calorie burn it's too generic( ie: someone 10st and all muscle will have an entirely different rate of burn from someone all fat MFP doesnt allow for that so much). I bought myself a fitbit after toying between that and a HRM and i rely on the calories shown on there. I DONT eat my…

YES!!! i had awful IBS for years and ive drastically changed my diet. I only get attacks now if i slip and eat something i shouldn't. The trick is to find out what triggers it and cut it out. For me it was anything 'white' like bread, rice, pasta, cake etc and also red meat

This!! Girls lift too, get over it. Plus the creepers who keep trying to bug me while im working out..i dont CARE about your ex wife or your kids theyre not going to burn calories for me and STOP watching my butt!!! People who take up a treadmill wandering along at a snails pace then have the cheek to give us dirty looks…

 WEIGHTS!!! seriously a lot of people on here will tell you the same...start lifting!! I have lost more weight and inches through weight training than any cardio ever did for me. I do both because i want to stay fit but its the lifting thats really making it for me

It depends on the programme you have. Some trainers give you lower weight sets but with high reps so maybe 3 sets of 5kg x 15-20 reps. Others recommend lower reps like i do at as heavy as i can possibly lift x 8 -10 reps. Either way once your body gets used to that weight/ rep combination you will begin to find it easier…
