Yep this is the one! Mixed with orange juice and taken as a "Shot" you can literally not taste the C4 AT ALL! My go to because I am very very sensitive to pre-workout. I will throw up if I can taste the powder at all.

I just ask myself what I want, this chocolate or a better body that fits better in my clothing. It's pretty obvious at that point. Also, if you tell yourself you have been working so hard and it would go to waste by constantly overeating bad things then it helps too.

Mojito C4...do not love the taste but I mix it with orange juice and make an extremely strong shot. Down it and off to the gym I go! I do have trouble sleeping at night if I take it within 4 hours of bedtime..which is what I have to do M-F... :-(

the Leangains guide says that when you train you must have high protein, high carb, low fat. On rest days low carb, high fat, high protein? Is this not correct?

That I know. What I was asking is when coupled with training and cardio you need to have certain macros certain days. I am curious how people figure their meals for this.

I can't seem to get with the Quest program. I don't like their bars. I have tried oreo, cinnamon roll and strawberry cheesecake. HATE them all. Is the cookie dough any good?

2 things I hate.. When someone is using the weight machines that you want to use but they stop between sets and sit on their cell phone. Like, you don't actually mean to take a 2 minute break do you?? UGH! & When a guy purposely walks by you while you are using the machines to use the water fountain when there are many…

Thanks everyone for the advice. I really appreciate it. Update: I went to the gym last night and at 5 AM today & you're right, I don't regret it! ;-) I am going to make a commitment to get there much more than I have been. Such a slacker I am.
