All of those build muscle. What type of cardio are you doing on the Arc Trainer? Do you alternate between bursts of energy or do you go 35 minutes at a steady state and then get off? What is your nutrition intake like? In short, I don't think you're working out too much.

Used psyllium husks in pancake recipes and things like that to have some added fiber. Like you I had stomach cramps. I switched to "Sugar Free Fiber Gummies" from Walmart, have been having much better success. It doesnt hurt my stomach at all. Highly recommend!

You can get an iphone arm band that has a plastic seal that holds the phone securely. Also, not an obvious choice but there are new fitness "fanny packs" that are a super stylish, convenient option!

You say you eat well, under 1100 cal a day. That could be your problem. Without knowing your habits, BMR and other info too hard to say if that is the issue. A soda a day wont kill you, wont help you. I would say do some research and learn as much as you can about a plan that you are interested in. There are so many diets…

Measure and pack your meals and store them in a cooler. Bring lots of water, though annoying to hit the rest stop. Staying hydrated while traveling is a must. Do something to help you forget that you are truly driving, and bored in a car. You will stop mindless snacking that way. Reading, listening to podcasts, talk on the…

About 55g or less per day. Atleast to maintain ketosis. Not sure about percentage.

pinterest has great paleo boards and recipes. It will be your best friend. :-) I have seen great success going paleo, highly recommend!

Learn so much every day of it. It definitely takes commitment and consistency. With out that there will be struggles. Good luck to you!

You can do it girl! Aint nothin but a thang. :-) Get a plan and get on track. Stick to your goal and you will succeed! Look at you already, out of your comfort zone and posting pics. Thats half the battle right there!

Its helpful to figure out what triggers the need to eat at night to pin point the problem and stop it from continuing. I struggle with eating snacks/sweets and have bad cravings at night. But because I am mindful of that I know that when it happens, I am just eating it out of boredom. Instead I have switched to sugar free…

Gross! I hate the taste. Its also overpriced. If you are looking for a meal replacement that has your vitamins and controls cravings and calorie intake go to doctors best weightloss. They have great meal replacements! I swear by them!

Do you track macros? Everyone's definition of "clean" is different also.. without knowing your actual weight, height and body fat there is no way to know about the calories being too high or little. 1200 is usually enough for a deficit but again, no way to tell without the specifics. What are you specifically doing for…

Haha yeah my trainer (who I cannot access any longer) said they do it for free at complete nutrition. Damn! Will have to figure out where I can get it done. Thanks guys!

I am interested in calories burned and HR specifics. I do cardio and weight training. Things like swimming, running, tennis..

I have an iPhone, sadly. lol

Its a fasting period. I usually put the fasting time in the notes w/ my vitamin intake but have been inconsistent with that. I dk really, I tried 5:2 IF in the past and it worked really well for me so I am doing a 13/14 hour fast and 11/10 hour feeding now. What is calories in/out?
-
No. They fit the same. :-( True!

I started on May 30th. Saw a drop about the middle of June by 5-7 pounds and it has since gone right back up and stayed there. I do not log cheat days because I don't want to literally SEE what I have done.. lol mind tricks right?

I love Shakeology. Good flavors and they contain alot of micronutrients (vitamins). I think it has a lot of sugar but it has been 3 years since I last had one. I have only tried the chocolate one. In my honest opinion, there are better protein powders out there for you. You dont NEED Shakeology to do P90x or any of their…

Cardio and strength training together. I have the same problem, but mostly cellulite. I HATE it. I am really working on it and see great improvement. 5-6 days of cardio a week, 3 to 4 days of strength training and a clean diet will do wonders.

Quizno's caesar chicken salad because #itsamazing and I am literally addicted!

Cellulite. I see it on my legs and wouldn't dare to wear shorts or a dress in public. It is hot and summer now so I have to lose weight to do it or risk being really hot and uncomfortable. & to look awesome in clothes!
