Linzon - I had my meniscus repaired in December and the swelling around my knee has never gone away. I now have to have a partial knee replacement. (Eek) What you described is just what is going on here! Lol! Boy, I try to be really good.... I fluctuate a few pounds up and down but am relatively ok with at least…

Thanks! My mom just recently had a total knee replacement too. I have gone back to my yoga practice and walking, as best I can. The unending swelling is what stops most of my serious attempts.

Well said mamakimkim! While my obstacles are different from yours in some ways, I completely agree with you. Thank you!

I'm willing to try this challenge. Is it too late to get in on it? My self motivation is zilch at the moment. I could use the support group!! Lol

I'm also starting again for the millionth time. Every day is a new opportunity, right? Lol I won't buy any prefab diet plan and constantly try to plan my meals and do the prep work myself. I feel it's better choices. I usually do pretty well up until Wednesday. Then it just all goes south!

Me too! I can relate to everything you said so much that I created a Facebook group for me and some of my friends to motivate each other. I am brand new to this, so I could use all the motivation I can get!
