When I was successful I limited what I ate. I did Tabata training I ran for 20 seconds then walk until I felt I could run again. Pop Pilates has kept me from binging more. Two weekends ago I did Pilates Bootcamp Workouts with Cassey Ho LivestrongWoman on YouTube. I lost 7 lbs that week. The last few weeks I cheated on my diet and have gained nearly all of it back.

I tried to stay active this weekend by cleaning and I went on a long walk today. When I got home could not stop thinking about food. I ate a lot of it I should have done Pilates instead.

I've filled my 1.06 pt diet coke bottles with water problem is now I forgo the water for more diet coke. Definitely feels better to drink water after sweaty exercise than diet coke.

The 100 Burpee burnout one of my favorites except i can only do 3 kinds of burpees.

I'm 27 I lost 50 lbs last year but this year only been able to maintain weight at 280 lbs. This year I do Pop Pilates I seem to do lose when I follow the calendar and do a little extra walking. When I skip exercise for a week I must binge because I gain weight so rapidly.
