I haven't sprouted anything but seeds yet, but I've heard of sprouting lentils and beans. Will have to look into that.

Sadly, I have no outdoor garden, but I do sprout seeds in a jar. My favorite seed blend is called "Broccoli & Friends" (alfalfa, broccoli, clover, and radish seeds). Usually takes 2-3 days to sprout the seeds.

Had a tuna sandwich tonight (tuna, mayo, tomato, dill pickle, dill weed, english cucumber, mini portobello mushroom, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, garlic salt and black pepper); Sun Chips; and berries.

All this talk of tuna sandwiches, Dad and I had them tonight. Of course, his consisted of tuna and a little mayo and mine had tuna, mayo, tomato, dill pickle, dill weed, cucumber, mushroom, red bell pepper, onion, garlic, garlic salt and black pepper. He just rolls his eyes at me. Ha!
