I have been looking too. I have tried two from Big 5 and have had to take them back. One of them I forget the name was only the watch and no chest strap. If I worked out at the gym, it usually worked fine but if I ran outside it would stop registering period. The next one was with the chest strap. Oregon scientific SE302.…

The "V" Sports bras at Walmart are on sale right now for $10 in Vegas. They even have the sports bras with support & push up, lol. Pretty soon I might have to solely rely on pushup if some of my weight loss keeps coming from the Ta Ta's

Coaches Oatmeal at Costco is great oatmeal. I use this at home. I take the easy route at work: Quaker instant regular flavor oatmeal and adding 1 tbls Sugar Free Vanilla or Hazelnut coffee creamer to it. It gives it flavor and a little sweetness. All for 115 Calories. When I feel like it, I sometimes go into the company…

Thanks, I hadn't thought about water exercising. I usually don't do the pool thing, but my gym does have a pool and I guess I could do that until I feel better.

I weigh in right after waking up in PJ's after the morning toilet activities. I don't log every day though, I wait until it is consistant for a couple of days. I'm not that concerned with the scale though, more concerned with the way my clothes are fitting.

You have done great! Thanks for the before and after pics they make a world of difference for those who are on the brink of quiting (not that I am). I love to see progress and want to be that person that can shine just like you. :)

Hello, I had the same question awhile back. This answer is located in the help section located at the top of the web page: Q. Doesn't strength training burn calories? Why don't you show any calories burned for strength training? A. Estimating the calories burned from strength training is very difficult because it depends…

I forgot to weigh myself in the beginning of August, I had to go by what was already logged in from when I wasn't serious yet. And then guess. I adjusted numbers, so I really don't have a true count of what I have lost. But my jeans are giving me saggy butt syndrome and as bad as it sound, I am loving that. For now I am…

Loving yourself and Confidence about yourself is most of the battle (it's all mental). Getting to a healthier more fit "YOU" is just the reward. How can you expect to succeed if you can't love yourself every step of the way.

Thanks for the recipe. I will give it try with just a little tweek. Sugarfree hazelnut creamer instead of the pumkin spice. I have a great margaritaville machine that I can use to make the frapp (since I'm playing a little hooky with the spirits for now  at least it can be used for something, lol)
