I have had my Blendtec for a couple of weeks now. I love making a veggie / fruit smoothies every morning for breakfast. That and a cup of coffee holds me over until lunch. I am trying all kinds of combinations; some turn out better than others but none too bad. I add a scoop of light protein powder to get a bit of protein…

I always ask Olive garden to put the dressing on the side. I then dip just a tiny bit of the lettuce of each bite. The dressing is so flavorful that you still get an acceptable bite of a great salad.

I'm back on it today as well. Good luck to us both

Are you wetting the conductors enough? Mine did the same one day when I used a water bottle to pour over the conductors instead using running water to completely saturate. I am also looking into going to a medical supply store to get the conductive gel to use instead of water.

lol, it does sound funny. However I may have a reason other that laziness. There is alot of auto theft/burglaries at the gyms around town. The closer your car is to the front and being seen by staff the safer it seems.

The previous nutritional values are for the packaged yogurt only, I buy them at Smith's Grocery store. If you put in the extra berries it will be a little more to add in: Kirkland Frozen Berries: Calories 70 Sodium 15 mg Total Carbs 17 g Dietary Fiber 3 g Sugars 11 g Protein 1 g Cholesterol 0 mg When I add the frozen…

I you would like to add yogurt back into your life without a bunch of sugar, try the Kroger Carb Master yogurts if they are available in your area. They have several different flavors and taste very good. I sometimes add thawed frozen berries to make my own McDonalds-like parfait but that does add sugar back in even if it…

I know I might sound like a spoiled brat right now but here it goes. If I have to pay you to help me lose weight, it just seems like I should have more support than doing it all by myself. Since I have never done WW I really don't know what is all involved. Does anyone call you through the week and support you? Is there…

Feeling beautiful comes from the inside. Regardless of what size and shape you are, there is something about you that is attractive to another person. Granted the instant visual gratification of what society has drilled into us of physical beauty often wins out in the "BEGINING". That first vision allows people to make…

I have the Polar FT4. It has been great for me. The strap is the most comfortable one I have tried. I tried two before this and had to take them back because they didn't work after about a week or two. One was a Sportline and I forgot what the other was(both were about $40 bucks on sale at Big 5). I finally sucked it up…

Great sense of humer and confident enough to be a female who can talk about farts and poop is my kinda gal. Move over Miss Congeniality and let the REAL WOMEN in, lol. By the way, I eat 1 real boiled egg with my oatmeal almost every morning. I think the egg has a bad rap.

I am a mom of three boys, wife of an ornery but wonderful husband, and I also run the office in a specialized unit of a Police Department for a great bunch of officers.

A scale is a very important tool when actively trying to lose weight. By the time you get to your goal, you will most likely have a good sense of what serving sizes really are and could eyeball it most of the time.
