I use a french onion type of bowl like this french-onion-soup-bowls-1.jpg



Lay a bit of your favorite salsa on bottom
Cut Skinless chicken breast in half and lay on top of salsa
Add a few tablespoons of Black Beans and Corn
Fill rest with Salsa

Bake at 350 for 1 hour...

For last 5 minutes, I add 2 Teaspoons of Shredded Skim Mozza cheese

It's so unbeliveably tasty and filling and good for you@
