    Thank you for sharing! I found it really interesting and some things were quite surprising (the low-fat diary tip)! Some others were just to prove they worked. I am definitely going to try some of those things :)
    Have you tried making any of those changes?

    glad you liked this! I am using most of the tips. I've only been dieting for about 10 days but feel good and never let myself get too hungry. Luckily for me I don't have a sweet tooth so I am doing quite a high protien diet and find I don't get hungry or crave more carbs specially the BIG empty ones like cakes sweets and chips. I love the dairy tip as well as I am a yogurt and white cheese fanatic! Thanks for your responses.
