I found this great exercise blog. the website is bodyrock.tv. there are a bajillion workouts, all high intensity. they are very short in length (the one i did yesterday was 16 minutes) but such high intensity it'll make you sweaty and sore. since there are over 50 pages of at home workouts, you never have to be bored with a workout again!! I've done four workouts in the past week so far and i was so sore after the first day that i had trouble walking. but i've kept doing them and i'm less sore today than i have been. she has videos on this site that give great motivation and also modifications so anyone can start right away. hopefully you guys will check out the site and try some of her workouts. tell me if you do :)

    Bump. I did these a few times but frankly I'd rather do turbofire or insanity and I didn't have a dip station or timer so I started skipping out, but you can't argue with those results! I am in Prague so I felt obligated to start doing them again - ouch! Zuzana is a beast! Her website can be a little porn-like at times but I guess I'd have the same problem if my body was that hot!

    How do you log the exercises? Circuit training? High impact Aerobics????
