    Yep! For now, I'm also the only one in my house that eats sweet potatoes. I also bake them some nights and give them a little sprinkle of cinnamon. YUM! I have hope that in time the baby will come around and eat them with me. He's the only one in my family thus far who will eat veggies with me. Although my oldest DOES like beans. Hope you enjoy the recipe!

    Mmmmmmmm.....this sounds really good. My hubby wouldn't eat it but it would great for a couple days for me!!!! Gonna be buying the stuff to make this!!!!!
