If I don't eat my exercise calories, I don't lose anything. Be careful, you may go into another plateau after you lose a couple of "shocker pounds" if you are not eating enough (net calories I mean).

My husband wants to go to the grocery store and get a slice of THE BEST cake with frosting - I'm sure it must have about 1000 calories per slice, so does anyone have any other ideas for me (around 250 calories?) that I can get that's already baked/made from a grocery store?

I know what you mean. I used to wear Asic's (sp?) and just realized that they were WAY too narrow for me, I bought some Addidas Running shoes and they are so much more comfortable it's not even funny. My feet used to fall asleep on my eliptical, now I can barely tell I am wearing shoes at all.

I do have the Wii Fit. I LOVE IT! I have lost 2.4 lbs and .39 BMI since I got it 8 days ago. You have to understand, I haven't lost 1 lb in MONTHS - so this is GREAT! What is your single best piece of advise for those trying to lose weight and become healthier? Mine: Find something that gets your mind off of food - stop thinking about it constantly, even if it is planning for healthy meals. Too much thinking leads to too much creativity, then too many calories!
