Stick to whole unprocessed foods. Almond butter on apple slices is very filling and tastes great. Raw almonds, in moderation, are also filling snacks. Cut out sugar altogether if you can, this just causes you to want more.

Hurt my back in December, so I have been restricted to no exercise. I used to do aerobics/strength training 3 times a week, now I am just getting back to walking a mile a day.

Great idea! I am so used to eating 3 times a day, I think that may be a good change up. Someone else suggested that as well, it is just a matter of changing old habits, which can be hard to do.

I like this format much better because it is a healthier way to eat as far as I am concerned. It is important to eat the right amount of protein, carbs and fat and this site lets me do that. Yes, weight watchers is easier because you track and have a points value, but I would like to stick with this. I appreciate your…
