we do these on the smoker all the time, we call ours atomic buffalo turds. don't know where the name came from. We mix some paprikia in the cream cheese & add a little smokie sausage. When it is does we put a little rasberry tipoltie sauce on it.

I love my outdoor bike, I also have an indoor bike that I use for bad weather but I prefer outside so much better! Time goes so much faster outside. Our area is really hilly so I get a better work out outside also

Great job!! I wish you could talk to my husband! I have been doing the couch to 5k, trying to get him to join me but jokenly says its to hard on the tennis shoes. He has a been a heavy smoker for years also. You should be very proud of yourself!

I am thinking of purchasing the kettleworx. I will also have to buy a kettleball. Any suggestions on what weight I should should buy? I have been doing some lifting with hand weights usually 5 lbs. Is that where I should start with the kettleball?

What helped me the most was warming up more. Before I would walk to warm up for 5 minutes now I do 10 minutes and it sure has helped

I have started using the Couch-to-5k app by Active. I like that I can use my own music with it but no matter how low I have my music I can't hear the instructor telling me when to walk/jog. I gave up pop. I usually only had 1 mt dew a day but have gave that up. I have cut back on my beer. That has been harder for me then the pop. I really like the taste of beer.
