I am so proud of you all for working so hard! You're all an inspiration to me. <3

What type of exercise are you doing? If you're strength training, it could be making you hungry because your muscles need more fuel to grow/repair. I would suggest trying to eat back maybe half of your exercise calories and see if that helps. Good luck! xx

If you're eating at a good calorie goal already, my question for you is: do you work out a lot? If so, do you eat back the calories? It's possible that if you're used to eating back the calories, then on days you don't work out you will likely be more hungry. In addition to that, if you don't eat back your calories, it's…

Long-term, yes. If you're drinking enough water to flush the electrolytes from your system, your fluids will become hypotonic and cause your cells to burst. That takes a lot of water over a long period of time, though. But anywhere over 4 liters a day can be potentially dangerous.

Wear me like a locket around your throat. I'll weight you down, I'll watch you choke. You look so good in blue.

I got mine at Kohls. :)

Compression leggings/tops. They help keep your body heat in.

I've gone through all three levels. I've heard people say they think level 2 is the hardest, but personally it was my favourite. Too much floor work on level 3. Level 1 got so dull for me after day 4/5, by then I was just aching to move on to the next level. I can't give much suggestion on progress, really. I did ten full…

Oh yeah, having to resize all my rings was a pain, too. :( That mess gets expensive if you don't have them insured. (Luckily most of them were, I just had to wait a while.)

The worst/strangest thing for me is that my shoe size seemed to shrink as I lost weight as well. I went from a size 10(US) to a size 8.5-9(US), which meant I had to buy new shoes as well as clothes. And I'm a big shoe person, so not being able to wear my old favourites was a real downer.

I'll probably have to start it on Friday, but I think it'd be awesome if we posted back here about how we feel after the workout & the changes we're noticing and such. It should help us all stay on track! :)
-
I was just saying yesterday that I need to start it again. I'm in!

I'm also 21. :) Nursing student living in Detroit. Always open to new friends!

The point of this is that you can buy one for about ten minutes worth of work at a minimum wage job. It's not necessary to throw your butts out the window.

In response to the ashtray thing: I've got a 2006 Saturn Ion. My mom's got a 2013 Ford Escape. Step-dad has a 2007 Dodge Intrepid. Best friend has a 2001 Chevy Impala. Not a single one of those damn cars has an ash tray or a lighter. I bought a cup-holder ashtray for two bucks at Walmart.

I'm 21. I used to hate smoking more than anything in the world. I, a professional hypocrite, then began smoking after my mom's motorcycle accident. When I smoke, I aim to do it away from other people. If there's someone else in a designated smoking area (not smoking), I'll ask if they mind before I light up. At someone…

Yeah, I'm sad to say this has happened to me far too many times. Mostly before my birthday. Welcome to 21!

If you're planning to come off a fast then eat a large amount, you are going to gain weight FAST.

My favourite part was the end. "then he grew up to be taylor lautner." I laughed SO HARD.

I absolutely love Planet Fitness! I've checked out at least ten gyms in my area and it's the only one that seemed to be great quality at a good price. I've had my membership for a year and a half and have no intentions of cancelling it.
-
Uhh, whoa.

21 years old, 5'8", and I'm aiming for about 135. (I think that would be most reasonable, I have a size 34DD chest that doesn't seem to be budging much during all my loss.)

Wales.

I lost about 70ish pounds last year before I was put on night shift. Since then I've gained about 20ish of it back, and I'm finding it harder to get off. I think a main issue for me is the late-night cravings and having a very difficult time finding time to hit the gym. Feel free to add me as well!

Oh wow, if only I had a bike.
-
Neutrogena Micro-Mist. It's all I use.
-
OMG that's so smart!
-
I got hit on today, actually. I don't think it's a rarity. I know a lot of people would rather not be bothered during their workout, though. Myself included.
-
Hmmmm. So all you strangers have got me thinking. And I have come to a conclusion! I need to....talk to him. :P

I do them all the time. Makes me feel great!
