How do you keep yourself distracted?
I work a 9-5 and my eating is just fine (for the most part) when I'm at work. But when I get home and have the house to myself, sometimes I end up snacking far beyond what I should. Anyone have any tips on how to keep yourself distracted from eating when you're home alone?

I lost about 60 pounds using mfp in the past but due to horrible circumstances including the loss of my brother, I fell into a depression and gained it all back, plus about ten extra pounds. I'm back to losing again and could use as much motivation as possible! Feel free to add me. :)
