What would you do?
Got pretty injured yesterday. Just found out it's worse than I thought. Fractured ankle; pulled a tendon in my foot; bruised tailbone, basically the entire right side of my lower body is injured. I have no access to a pool, and I don't want to have NO cardio until I'm healed. What would you do?

Fatigue & Plateau. Related?
I have been feeling awfully tired lately. Not at all myself. And I feel like my scale is not budging, even though I've been following the food/exercise as directed. Are these related? Is there something wrong with me?
