Fatigue & Plateau. Related?

I have been feeling awfully tired lately.
Not at all myself.
And I feel like my scale is not budging,
even though I've been following the food/exercise as directed.
Are these related?
Is there something wrong with me?

Have you ever had your thyroid checked? Your thyroid regulates your metabolism. I started out very tired and sluggish, didnt want to do anything. I went to the dr and she checked my thyroid. It didnt even register! Now I take medicine everyday. It made a huge difference.0

Are you getting proper intake and rest throughout the day?0

Make sure you are covering the basics, avoiding caffiene and sugary foods - foods that make you crash later, get 8 hours of sleep. Take some B vitamins (lots of people claim these give you energy).
Don't over do it. Rest days are important too.
If you are already doing all of these things and eating a clean, healthy diet, time to go see your doctor...0 -
Make sure you are eating enough as well.0
