I am willing to accept citicism!

I know I'm in a calorie deficit, and I know I have a problem getting all my calories,
but I'm looking for an opinion on whether or not my workout program seems the most effective for weight loss.

Gym: 4-5 times a week.
30-40 minutes of circuit training.
30 minutes of cardio (c25k training)

4-5 times a week:
Wii Fit Aerobics at home before work.
10-30 minutes.

this is what I have been doing, and/or aiming to do.
I have been losing weight, I'm just a little worried I'll hit a plateau if I keep doing the same thing.
    Any tips/advice?

Drink water hunni and if you go low on cals, top them up with whole foods, nuts almonds etc... sounds like a good plan, similar to mine..

    Good luck

I'd say worry about platueating if it happens. Perhaps once or twice a week do a different type of cardio at the gym.

I do C25K training three days, then usually elliptical the other days.

If you can, I would add some strength training.

I seem to lose more when I hit my target calories and eat all my exercise calories. Sometimes you have to give your metabolism a good kick in the pants. I think the plan is pretty right on.

Isn't strength training the same thing as the circuit training I've been doing?
    Weight machines and stuff.

your plan looks great! how about adding some strength training into the mix, say, three times a week? for 20 - 25 minutes: one day back & biceps, one day legs, and one day chest/shoulders/tris. this will ensure that you are at least retaining muscle and you'll probably lose weight faster, once you get into a good routine :D

edit: oops, right, your circuit training is probably strength training, right? ^_^;; just fine tune it a bit, i suppose? overall i think you are doing really well!!

Probably but I was not sure to be honest with you.

Circuit training is not necessarily the same as strength training. There is cardio circuit training, also. That's what Tabata is, really, it's just a really short circuit ;)

My circuit consists of leg/arm/ab machines.

I think it sounds like a great plan, although you might want to mix up the cardio and do elliptical or rowing machine some of the time? I am doing a variation of couch25k and find that it is not good for my body to run too many days in a row...but do what works for ya! and I think the circuit training is a great idea!

and don't forget your FUEL (yes, you knew I would say that, just a gentle reminder to keep working on it)

    Great job!
