Starting Weight: 220
Current Weight: 173

Goal Weight: 120

Been on MFP since April, I've lost ALL of my weight using this site (of course with proper nutrition & exercise).

I felt the need to post these, for my own personal reflection, as well as to HOPEFULLY! inspire someone else. [:

Obviously I'm far from my goal, but I've made massive improvements.

    Your stats are like identical to mine... I am 5'8 starting weight 223 current weight 170 :) Just found it interesting :P Btw you look drop dead gorgeous i would be lucky to look half as gorgeous as you do :)

    Yupp, I'm 5'6".

    I've always thought I distributed my weight really well, compared to other people of the same height and weight. I also like to blame it on my boobs. (36DD) Haha!
