Slendier pasta and rice, cans of flavoured tunas, brown rice, VEGETABLES OF ALL DESCRIPTIONS (except potatoes) and popping corn :)

I've tried putting my fork down between bites, it doesn't make a difference for me, I can eat and eat and eat no matter what. I'm a bottomless pit, but since hitting about 22 the weight actually stays on :(

For example, I ate a meal of brown rice, tuna, zucchini, cucumber and sprouts approx 2 hours ago and now I'm so hungry I could eat that plus more again.... But I'm going to try and keep busy til dinner and just drink water :)

I'm 5'8" I want to get back down to 58kgs, this is the weight I feel my best at :) I'm currently closer to 70kg. (Fluctuate from about 67-70kgs depending on when I weigh myself etc.) So in pounds my goal weight is : 127 and my current weight is: 152

I am 5"8', I weight approx 70kgs and my BMR is: 1484 CALORIES/DAY and my TDEE is: 2820 I don't really understand what that means though :(

Thank you everyone! I probably only drink once every two weeks so its not a huge issue, I just want to make the right decisions as I can tend to get a little crazy on Sailor Jerrys and coke mixers when I'm in the mood ;)
