  • If your not eating enough and your exercising that much you could be putting your body into survival mode which causes your body to hold on to whatever it can to survive. I say that you lower the intensity of your workouts and you might see better results. Good luck :)

  • It sounds like a plateau. I recommend changing your exercise routine and give your body a jolt. This usually can get things back on the right track.
