Thank you for all the imput...I would love to share my food diary if i only knew how! (newbie) I do include good fats in my diet daily, raw coconut oil and avocado. I will start to have an additional snack with nuts each day, great advice!

The only ingrediaent you add to the mix is vanilla yogurt, but for vegans a great substitute is applesauce in the same quantity. I love the no pudge brownies!!
