well there really isn't a remedy, you're muscles haven't been used in a while. So a good way to recover is stretching and Foam rolling. As you workout more and more the occurrence of muscle soreness will decrease

yes, when I was training for my half marathon, it was vital to be able to carry that much water. They are a pain at first, but after a couple of adjustments they fit well

It all depends on what you want. my last piece I got on my thigh was an art piece that the tattoo artist had created and I really liked it. my next one is the pantera logo on my right foot
