just eat at a deficit, fit things into your calorie goal there are no such things as "Clean eating" and "bad foods"

its because a lot of people are looking for a "quick fix" or something that will help them lose weight rapidly. Also, high and low calorie days is not a lifestyle, its an eating disorder
