Definetly agree on more calories, here is where I was. I was on a 1530 daily calorie goal, and when I started P90X( muscle work) they wanted me to up my calorie intake to 2400. I was very skeptical but did it. That was 6 pounds ago. I didnt believe it till I saw it for myself. Now I am eatng great and still working my butt…

I am OVER WEIGHT. And I LOVE IT. I am on day 19. I do have to modify about 10 % of the workouts, but in 19 days I can physically see the muscle improvement. I highly reccomend it. Feel fee to add me.

I have thesame problem, torm miniiscus in left knee, both knees have arthritus, to the poing where it hurts to bend them. In teh P90x program you can modify anything in that video. the funny thing is my blood pressure has been great, I will be taking an average tomorow fo rmy weigh in an dmeasurements and I do eat to much processed food, It use to be worse but its getting better, everything else is in place but sodium.

HOLY COW... Its tough, I belong to a beach body group and we do a different workout each week, we did one of her workouts and it was TOUGH, I didn't burn alot of calories but i am still sore. I reccomend it. I have only done the one video though.

I did it for my first 3 months on here and did very well. I loved it. My plan was when I hit 240 pounds I would start a low calorie, which I am on now. I can help ya with some stuff but by no means am I an expert
