yea but I m losing weight here are my stats I started out at 286 with 32.6% body fat, Now Im at 210 and 19.6% bpdy fat. that difference is roughly 76 pounds. You really need to invest in a good heart rate monitor, I reccomend any with a chest strap, I have the Polar ft7. Its around a 100 bucks, my best investment so far other than P90X
