P90Xer ? for those who followex diet plan
I have been on a 1530 calorie diet while working out. P90X wants me to go to a 2400 calorie diet while doing P90X. My workouts prior to this were averaging 700 -900 calories. I was a little tired. My question is for those of you who were also in the 2400 bracket, did it work. I am afraid I am gonna pack on pounds.

Do you have a prearranged workout or just wing it?
I just wing mine but I do alternate from cardio to Cardio +weights. I do pullups, crunches and push ups almost daily with a few exceptions. I should have ask this a month or so ago because I start P90X next month so it wont really matte rI was just curious ho weveryone does their workout
