nutrition book needed

Hey does anybody know of a simple mans nutriional book thatis geared towards athletic training and kinda goes jnto details about about proteins( which types are fast acting etc). Any and all help is appreciated

I like "The Paleo Diet for Athletes" by Dr. Loren Cordain.
It talks about nutrients and timing of meals, etc. I discovered it about a year ago and adopted the training nutrition plan provided for my marathon training.
There is a ton of info in the book, but Part 1 is the most valuable (in my opinion). It breaks down what you should be Before exercise, during exercise and after exercise.
