Ill go first yall already know my all time Favorite but some of you dont.
Take a banana and slice it up and put it in a zip lock bag. try and seperate the pieces so they dont stick together. freeze that sucker.
Then get ice cold water 8 ounces and put that in the blender with the frozen sliced banana, add chocolate shakeology and mix in blender
It actually has the thickness of a milk shake.
Total Calories 255

Michelles Shakeology balls
1 cup Natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
1 cup of oats
1 scoop chocolate shakeology
Mix well, you then can roll them in whatever ingredients yu liek for extra flavoring I used cinnamon, coconut, and chopped pecans
calories depends on teh size of the balls ( I know Giggle) This is about to go down hill quickly) Michelles balls were bigger than mine and I think they were 150 calories a piece, my SHAKEOLOGY balls were smaller and were between 50 and 75 calories. You can use teh recipe calculator on MFP to get an accurate count0 -
Ok, now that I've stopped laughing so I can type....THANK YOU for the recipe & are the size of the balls like a golfball? Or maybe do them like a cookie (the no bake chocolate oatmeal cookie)....I'm making these things TODAY !!0

Here we go again conversation heading south. Michelles were about the size of a golf ball. Mine were a little bigger than a marble. If yoh take all of the ingredients and put them in the recipe sectjon and count the serving it will tell you very accurately how many calories. The balls must be equal size tho0
