Haha! I've only seen snow once - I went snowboarding at Mammoth in California. It was NUTS. So was snowboarding - what a workout. My SO loves it - I told him when we have kids I'll let him take our kids out and I'll be a lodge mom sipping (reduced fat?) hot chocolate. --- Nice to see other WoW players!!! At my worst I was…

I don't think I can totally cut out anything. I have drastically reduced my Pepsi intake, though. I am a huge Pepsi lover (I swear it's what got me out of bed some mornnigs). I've replaced it with water, but still have a Pepsi for special occasions or when the meal begs for it (pizza, hamburger).

Hi guys - formal introduction. I'm from Hawaii and trying to get healthier. I found this site looking for a free place to track my meals/calories consumed. Seems like a great place, I'm happy I came. I'm a big gamer (recently weaned from WoW) and am addicted to eBay. My weaknesses are rocky road ice cream and…

Even if you're super starving, a 6 inch loaded with veggies is generally enough to fill you up. The footlong adds so many calories in bread alone, you know?

Ahhh, you guys are all nice! Thanks so much for your replies. I agree with pretty much everything. I am probably defining myself too much but numbers (weight) rather than how I look and feel. I guess it's all about eating healthy and exercising and seeing what weight I end up at (and pants size!) after doing that rather…

Wow - I've never heard of putting yogurt in the freezer... is it really similar to frozen yogurt consistency-wise? I hate the consistency of regular yogurt, so this might be a good alternative.

Hi guys - I'm 22, 5'8 and around 125 atm. My BMI is right on the underweight/healthy cusp, I believe. Before you start thinking I'm nuts - I have a *very* small frame and no health problems despite my BMI. I definitely look healthy and not "too skinny." I was a constant 120 lbs for the past few years, but shot up to 127…
