Personally I take mine (charge) off for everything other than running. My elliptical like many has a heart rate monitor and figures out calories for me. After I'm done I log they data into mfp. If you have a fitbit with a heart rate monitor I guess you wouldn't need to log it at all? Hope that helps.

I did the isagenix month plan once and dropped 17 pounds. Actually felt pretty good but man it was tough. The snacks are garbage and the fast days suck. I took a month off and tried another but failed. Then I gained it all back thanks to poor discipline since halloween. The only good thing about that system is the card…
