I started a year and a half ago and progressed quite rapidly going for blue stripe next month (ITF). It's starting to get more serious (as am i) and would like to share training tips. This is the greatest thing I've had from there. 160 cals and I don't think it has any juice so it isn't sweet. Sadly it's not economical to go buy these all the time, and since I have a handy dandy vitamix blender I figured I'd try to duplicate it.....but have failed miserably.
