LOVE road biking. Got into it last year and did the MS Society tour this year and last. Really tough because of distance but mostly terrible weather. As the thread reads it could be due to fit but also takes saddle time too.last year I had terrible lower back pain and seemed to have fixed it with a new stem. No pain this…

Started taekwondo in January, just competed in a tournament and got my green stripe. Loving it!

Asics are a great quality and I've been able to get them less than 100. Less than 70 sometimes too

I go for an hour long brisk walk for lunch through the park down town. Between that and walking to/from the train station my 10k is pretty much toast!

I did it for two months with a break in between. It worked. But then I gained everything back quickly. The cleanse days were horrible. The snacks taste like garbage. If you're looking for a quick fix say before the beach then maybe it's worth it. The best thing in that program was the chart to help you actually build…

Big difference. Don't worry about other scales. Don't even worry much about yours either. Pants don't lie.

I'm not much of a dubstep fan, but usually my first song getting going is always reptile by skrillex. Awesome go time track. After that is usually metal or something angry.

you can maintain. It's the losing part that doesn't work great for me. I need to lose as much as I can (properly) by may for a destination wedding. So for that reason im putting it aside. Im also in a contest at work. I have room in my calorie intake now for it, but I choose not to. I'm not saying you can't do it but 800…

Good plan. Though it's not the worst idea to give the liver a break once in a while either. Really you just have to be cautious of what it is you're drinking and then eating after. Some small changes may be to switch to light beer or instead of highballs with pop use water instead. Here's a good read.…

Depends on what you drink really. There are a couple studies that suggest when you drink your body basically works on those calories but stores all the other ones (which is why beer and wings diet will pack on the pounds in no time). I'll try to find the link and post it as it was a pretty interesting read. For me…

+1 on kaizen for both reasons. I also found that this one was easier on my guts than others that I've tried. Been using this one for years. They go on sale somewhat often too. I prefer the vanilla as well but you should try mixing chocolate and vanilla together!

Ive got a charge and love it. Feel free to add me here and fitbit here:https://www.fitbit.com/user/2FQNKD
