Need an outside 'opinion' on picture.

Can you see a difference between these pictures? The first picture is from November and the second from a few weeks ago. I was 200 lbs in the first picture. Not sure what I am today. My wii fit tells me 177-180, but my friend's scale said 190. I feel like I see some changes but am very discouraged after stepping on my friend's scale.

Collarbones... they don't lie! And you probably feel the difference! Screw the scale, you are doing great!0
-
Oh yes, there's a difference girl. Don't you see it?0

Looks like at least few inches lost You should measure and track your inches lost - those are way more important than lbs anyway.0
-
Yes definitely!0

How is your clothing fitting?

You look great! There's a difference for sure0

Thank you all! I definitely feel different. Clothes are fitting a little nicer. I think I will just have to take a break from the scale to stay motivated.0

Def a difference! There is no need to be discouraged! If you're trying you should never be discouraged. You look wonderful! Keep up the good work girl! :0

And it's not all about the scale! I bet you feel better! I only have lost 5 pounds but I see a difference and I feel different.

Definitely a big difference. Look at the stomach area and sides. You should be very proud ! (I started heavier then that and didn't see results that quickly so you are doing just fine)0

Definitely a difference! Keep up the good work, you look great!0

Big difference. Don't worry about other scales. Don't even worry much about yours either. Pants don't lie.0

You're doing great!0

There is a very noticeable difference. Good job!
Do you lift weights? If you are looking for more definition, that might be a good next step.0 -
Oh yes, definitely a difference!0

YES I see a difference! BTW, I've had weeks where I didn't lose anything and still slimmed down. So no matter what the scale says, your body is changing!0

Absolutely! I think you are standing straighter in the second which is probably partly a result of carrying less weight. Your shoulder straps are sitting on your shoulders and not digging in as in the before, it appears less inches around the neck and forearms. Your mid-section also looks more slender again through weight loss and better posture..... You are looking great!0

Take measurements and go on line to see how to measure bust, neck, hips, waist. You will really notice it there and my scale has been known to give me three different weights ... Pick one scale, only get on it once a week and do measurements monthly. Very encouraging!
And yes... There is a very noticeable difference! I started at 204 in dec 2011 and am up a little but 10 away from my 150 goal and dropping...
