So this week was a great week for me in terms of water intake, exercising at least 1 hour everyday at the gym, and staying under my calories. Something to consider for the estimator is that it is based on the assumption that if every day for 5 weeks you consumed the exact same amount of calories, and exercised the same amount THEN you will weigh that much. I think I am going to begin a journal and see how close it is. Jen

I have to admit I am compulsive about weighting as soon as I walk in the gym. I have thought about getting a scale for home, but I know I would weight myself 4-5 times a day and drive myself nuts.
