Hi there. I've joined this group as I've just started a new job with extensive travel abroad. Mix of short and long distance but nearly always a week at a time. Already had a trip to Taiwan (I'm in UK so 13+ hours for that one) and Mexico city coming up in a week. I'm finding it really hard to manage fitting in exercise…

I had mine done years ago, a few weeks after I started a new job. Wasn't TOOO painful at the time, but I couldn't really sit down normally for about a week. Had to lower myself down so as not to bend in the middle.... Great impression at work :laugh:

How much sugar was it instead of Splenda? Can't get on with sweeteners :noway:

does Cottage cheese melt and go smooth when it's heated? I also have a problem with the lumps but like creamy sauces. I was thinking of something like the creamy pesto pasta but wondered if you would have to put it through the food processor first?
