  • Hi, I'm always hungry too! With the exercise I do in the morning, once I get back I'm ravenous.. I lost 4lb I put on 2lb I lost 1lb I put on 1lb.. It's so frustrating!
  • I have a banana for energy AND I used to suffer with swollen ankles and feet until miraculously I started eating a banana a day and as if by magic (maybe potassium!), no more swollen ankles. I also have a mug of green tea and mackerel in tomato sauce when I get back. I may find that this doesn't work so well for me later…
  • I weigh 14 stone at the moment I'm exercising once a day (a fast long walk), loosing about 532 calories in the 80 minutes it takes. Yes I'm eating the calories back - shouldn't I be....?

  • I'm having the same problem.... Breakfast today after an 80 minute fast walk was 2 poached eggs on two very small slices of wholemeal bread and 2 large vine tomatoes having had 1 small banana before my walk to give me energy so far today my carb intake is 59%..... 9% over my daily target :( HELP!
